Why the Masterclass Uses RoboForex
Choosing a broker affects your costs, your execution and your protection if something goes wrong. We use RoboForex, and we are its introducing partner under the code KXTL: when you open an account through our links, RoboForex pays us a partner commission. That is also why a RoboForex account under KXTL unlocks the full Masterclass for free.
A recommendation from someone who earns from it deserves checking. So this guide gives you the facts to judge it yourself — every figure below comes from RoboForex's own pages (September 2026) unless we name another source.
You would not pick a bank because a friend gets a bonus when you sign up. You would ask: who supervises it, what does it charge, and what happens to my money if something goes wrong? A broker is the same. The charts look almost identical everywhere — the differences that matter are the licence, the costs on every trade, and how your orders are filled when the market moves fast.
Does the Broker's Price Feed Matter?
Every broker builds its prices from its own liquidity providers, so two brokers' charts are never identical. Here is what actually differs, and what to do about it:
| Factor | What differs between brokers | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Price ticks | Usually fractions of a pip; more in fast markets | Backtest on the data of the broker you will trade |
| Candle times | Server time zone moves where daily and H4 candles open (RoboForex server time is UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer) | Check your broker's server time before you compare charts |
| Spread and commission | The biggest real difference | Put the published average spread and commission into your backtest |
| Execution | Slippage and fills in fast markets | Compare demo with small live results (Module 8) |
The Masterclass does not depend on any broker's feed: the lesson charts are illustrations, the trading simulator generates its own candles, and the Chart Coach EA reads whatever chart it runs on. A rule that only works on one feed, down to the last pip, is too fragile to trade anywhere.
Licence and Protection
RoboForex has operated since 2009.
- Licensed by the FSC Belize (licence no. 9759600, registration no. 000001272). Belize is an offshore licence: it does not impose the EU and UK retail limits (for example 1:30 leverage on major pairs), which is why RoboForex can offer up to 1:2000. Higher leverage is not a benefit to a learner — the leverage guide shows what it does to an account.
- Member of The Financial Commission, an independent dispute-resolution body whose compensation fund covers up to €20,000 per complaint (financialcommission.org)
- Civil liability insurance up to €2,500,000, by RoboForex's statement
- Negative balance protection
- Risk warning: 75.85% of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with RoboForex
Execution: What RoboForex States, and What to Check
RoboForex lists market execution on its MT4 and MT5 accounts, and NDD (no dealing desk) execution on ECN and Prime. Market execution means no requotes: your order fills at the next available price, which in a fast market can be worse than the price you clicked (slippage).
- ECN and Prime: spreads from 0 pips (EUR/USD averages 0.1 pips) plus a commission — $20 per $1M on ECN, $10 per $1M on Prime
- Pro and ProCent: no commission; EUR/USD averages 1.3 pips
- Check it yourself: log your fills. On a fair execution model slippage goes both ways, so some fills should come in better than the price you asked for, not only worse.
An Account Type for Every Stage
All account types start from a $10 deposit and are managed under a single client profile:
| Account | EUR/USD Average Spread | Commission | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProCent | 1.3 pips | None | Practising live with cent-sized positions |
| Pro | 1.3 pips | None | Occasional trading, one all-in cost |
| ECN | 0.1 pips | $20 per $1M | Active trading, leverage up to 1:500 |
| Prime | 0.1 pips | $10 per $1M | Active trading at the lowest cost per lot, leverage up to 1:300 |
Our suggestion for new Masterclass students: Start on a demo account, then a ProCent account to trade the rules with real money at cent size. When you trade often enough for costs to matter, Prime is the cheapest per lot.
Platforms
RoboForex offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, R StocksTrader (web platform, 12,000+ stocks, ETFs and other instruments) and its own web and mobile apps. The Masterclass Chart Coach EA runs on MT4.
VPS and Copy Trading
Running an EA? It only trades while its terminal runs. RoboForex's VPS (1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM, Windows Server 2019) is free while your account holds more than $300 and you trade at least 3 standard lots a month — CFD volume does not count — and costs $5 a month otherwise. See why you need a VPS for the alternatives.
CopyFX, RoboForex's copy trading service, lets you follow other traders' accounts. Copying carries its own risk — read how to copytrade correctly before you follow anyone.
What Depends on RoboForex — and What Does Not
- Full Masterclass access: free with a RoboForex account opened under KXTL — or through a paid plan or ICT+
- Lessons, quizzes, the simulator and the guides: broker-independent
- The Chart Coach EA: runs on MT4, sends your trades to your journal and never places a trade
- The AI trade review: reviews the trades you log, whichever broker placed them
