FIG. 2 What the course is built around
Eight parts, each measured.
Reading is where it starts. The value is in practice on your own record: every part below says what it measures.
A path built from your own trades
Connect a demo or live MetaTrader account, or log trades by hand. The journal finds the mistakes you actually make - missing stops, oversized risk, trading into releases, revenge trades - and turns each into the lessons and drills that fix it.
Measured byRule adherence, risk per trade and repeat mistakes per 20 trades, week by week.
Every high-impact release MAT+ records - CPI, NFP, central banks - with the numbers, the measured move of each instrument after 1 minute, 1 hour and 1 day, and what a written plan would have done.
Measured byTaken from MAT+ Terminal data (term_events, term_reactions); each case shows its source and time.
Past releases replayed bar by bar from stored prices: decide before the reveal, then get scored against the rules - stop placed, risk sized, no entry into the release candle.
Measured byReplay rule score over your last 50 decisions; drills on spaced repetition.
Every week the journal is read for you: numbers calculated first (expectancy, drawdown, costs, streaks), then plain-language notes on what to work on next.
Measured byNumbers from calculations only; notes cite the trades they come from.
Six skill gates from protecting the account to consistent execution on demo. Each gate opens on your record - journaled trades, replay scores, a tested plan - not on videos watched.
Measured byGate criteria are published per stage; the record behind a pass is kept.
The risk and psychology lessons come back when your journal shows the behaviour they address: size creep after losses, stops moved, trading outside your plan.
Measured byBehaviour flags before and after the lesson, on your own trades.
Every lesson was reviewed for what it teaches and whether it can be measured. 25 lessons teach skills that are arithmetic or measured process - risk, sizing, planning, journaling, execution, reviews, news reactions - and they now come first. Where a lesson teaches an entry method, we coded its rules and ran them on two years of MAT+ prices with costs.
What did not hold up is marked "Test it yourself" in the lesson, with the numbers - the course teaches you to check a method before trusting it, and it starts with its own.
Out-of-sample half (last 40 %) of MAT+ 1-hour bars, 8 symbols, 2024-09-17 to 2026-09-25; expectancy per trade in R (risk units); nothing fitted. Rules as coded: content/evidence/method-check.json. Past data describes the past; it is not a forecast.
